What is the 111PG mission?

111PG has proven to be a powerful tool protecting project token launches from bots. 111PG has also proven a great marketing support partner for projects. But what is the mission of 111PG? What is the greater purpose? As you can guess from 111PG’s core successes, the mission has to do with security. But it’s more than that. The mission is also about…

How sniping bots do their damage

Sniping bots. The enemy. We all know that snipe bots cause a lot of harm to new projects. But how? How exactly do they work? — What is a sniping bot? Sniping Bot nightmare: A case study

Crypto is cool. DeFi is brilliant. Yet, the same story repeats: First come the geeks, then come the traders, then come the trader geeks with bots that are much quicker than any human traders. Technological innovation is great, but sniping bots make it absolutely unfair for the common retail investor…

The power of 111PG: 5 Examples

Ouch: this bot made 800ETH then lost 1100ETH to hacker

Public service announcement: just because the Merge happened doesn’t mean that MEV attacks are history. Vulnerabilities persist. Remember: code is king, so make sure yours is not going to leave you caught with your pants down and your ETH drained. One arbitrage bot just learned that the hard way, as detailed by Bert Miller, who spotted the incident and wrote about it in this Twitter thread we’re paraphrasing for you

The Merge was a success, but are there still risks?

It’s official. At 6:43 a.m. UTC, on September 15th, Ethereum’s Merge was initiated and was finalized about 15 minutes later to the great excitement of the 41,000+ viewers of the YouTube «‎Ethereum Mainnet Merge Viewing Party»‎ and local viewing parties wherever there is a crypto community. With this switch from PoW to PoS, Ethereum cut 99.99% of its energy usage (estimated around 0.02% of global energy usage, roughly the equivalent of Finland). It also eliminated the role of miners, relying instead on a system of validators.

5 ways NOT to get scammed in crypto

One of blockchain technology’s cornerstones is an emphasis on security. After all, crypto comes from cryptography. But there is one security layer that blockchain tech is having as hard a time protecting as any other technology: the human factor. Here are five common scam tactics to be aware of and avoid in order to do your part in keeping your assets safe — 1. Keep your seeds safe Early on, blockchain developers realized that a randomly generated phrase of 12 words (sometimes 24 or another number) is much more secure than your best pA$$w[]Rd attempt, and easier to remember too. You can ue your seed phrase to unlock MetaMask, for example, or restore your funds from a lost…

Why list on a DEX

The CEX vs DEX debate is as old as the early DEXs (if not earlier) but usually focuses on the trader/investor’s perspective. Let’s now look at this decision from the viewpoint of a crypto project. Certainly, listing on one or another has its set of benefits and problems. But for true DeFi pioneers, the answer is obvious. — Reach While a listing on the centralized Coinbase or Binance is highly converted, they tend to only take established projects. For wide early adoption among people actually passionate about the DeFi space, DEXs are the way to go. …
